more of my progress
Finally almost got my obliques defined like how I want them :’-)
I’m really starting to get results from these workouts I’m doing. My obliques are starting to get where I want them and v-cut is toning up. I can now say I am probably in the best shape I have ever been.
Improvements I feel I need to make are as follows.
And i guess my chest could be a Lil bit bigger.
