I’m really starting to get results from these workouts I’m doing. My obliques are starting to get where I want them and v-cut is toning up. I can now say I am probably in the best shape I have ever been.
Go hard or go home.
Just got done working out at 5am in the morning simply because I was awake.
I’d say that has something to do with determination.
